Good morning!

I love making pancakes, not a big fan when it comes to eating them. BUT these that I cooked today using Graham wholegrain flour taste amazing! I skipped the suggar and opted for a spoonful of honey instead. I may just become a pancake fan now. Serve with raspberry jam and ricotta paste or whatever you prefer. And a big cup of hot and aromatic coffee, of course. Have a happy Saturday, you all!
